[Coalition_for_valle_vidal] Fire Restriction Closes Valle Vidal to Public Access

The Carson National Forest is moving to Stage III fire restrictions as 
of this morning - note - the Valle Vidal will be closed to public entry 
until conditions have improved (ie, returned to at least the same 
conditions as Stage II). At this point, we can't say how long this will 
continue, but at least until significant moisture returns to the 
Forest.
